Dr Saami is a board-certified dermatologist, specializing in aesthetic medicine and surgery. He serves as a clinical investigator, injection trainer, consultant, and advisor for the largest aesthetic companies in the world. He has a unique cross-pollinated perspective of dermatology, plastic and reconstructive surgery, and facial plastics. Dr Saami was actively involved in the Johns Hopkins Department of Plastic Surgery Research Department while a medical student and research fellow at Johns Hopkins, and went on to complete his dermatology residency at Harvard. He is now in private practice with a renowned facial plastic surgeon whom he partners with on aesthetic clinical trials of toxins, fillers, and energy-based devices.
Dr Saami has won numerous awards for teaching and has successfully created educational initiatives that were incorporated into the curricula at both Johns Hopkins School of Medicine and Harvard Dermatology Residency Program. He has a passion for teaching and has a gift for explaining complex topics and paradigms in a fun and interesting way.

Injectable Neuromodulators, Hyaluronic Acid Fillers, Biostimulators including Sculptra and Radiesse, and Devices including SylfirmX RF Microneedling and Sciton Lasers
FUNDAMENTAL ANATOMY. Detailed explanation of facial anatomical structures as they relate to toxin and dermal filler placement, as well as body contouring treatments of the neck, décolleté, buttocks, and extremities.
DERMAL FILLER PROPERTIES. Review of the science, rheology, and tissue interaction properties of the various types of FDA approved fillers used in aesthetic medicine. Discussion regarding product differences and specific dilution protocols for different anatomic sites, e.g. buttock, décolleté, and neck biostimulatory fillers.
HANDS-ON TRAINING. Dr Saami will review assessment strategies, injection paradigms, multi-modal strategies, and clinical pearls to help achieve the best outcomes possible with injectable fillers and neuromodulators. Learners will have the opportunity to have hands-on guidance with a world-class educator, and will learn Dr Saami’s signature techniques.
